Hi! We would like to get to know you a bit more to choose for our styled shoot! We are looking for couples that are filled with love, adventure, playfulness, and unique love story! Our styled shoot not only provides you the 5-star experience working with the top vendors of Tampa Bay, but you get beautiful photos out of it too!  

Choosing 2 AMAZING COUPLES!!! We will decide who our 2 couples will be by February 10th!

Time Commitments:

- Able to schedule an outfit fitting at Truly Forever Bridal & Tux

- Commit time from 3-7 pm on March 12th at the Eden In Riverview  (10633 Rhodine Rd, Riverview, FL 33578) [exact time subject to change]

Other Requirements:

Couples must sign contract and provide $100 security deposit (total) to participate. $100 will be returned to you at completion of styled shoot. Because we plan to submit these images to publication, our participating couples & vendors may wait 6 months - 1 year to share photos on social media.

HI THERE! Congratulations on getting engaged!  We’re so excited that you’re considering us to be a part of your wedding day.

Our mission is for you to have the most present, enjoyable wedding day with your loved ones. We want to be able to provide you the images that will take you back to that feeling when you look back at them 10, 20 years later. We have found that detailed communication and planning are key to having a smooth and organized day of photography coverage.

HI, NICE TO MEET YOU!

A Zoom/Whatsapp meeting is the first step in the booking process. This is our opportunity to get to know each other and ensure we are a great fit to make your wedding as smooth as possible! After you decide to book with me, we will send you a questionnaire that we can fill out together that addresses any and all details related to you!

PLANNING

After you book with Heart & Root Photo, we will be assisting you with the planning and structuring the timeline of your day. After doing this for so many years, there are a lot of tips that can maximize your coverage time and make sure that you get to enjoy your day!

ENGAGEMENT SESSION

It's time to show off your love! Our engagement sessions allow us to photograph your energy and let the movement and moments speak for themselves. We can use this time to have fun and get a preview of how your photos will be guided during your wedding day.

OH YAY, WEDDING DAY!

Our approach to your wedding day is all about being in the moment. We prioritize on providing a calming presence and love to let things unfold. When we see opportunities for creativity or what we call, a "golden moment," we will gently direct where needed. We aren't afraid to direct when it comes to families or bridal parties- our biggest wedding had 15+ groomsmen and 15+ bridesmaids. It is very important to have a confident energy that can assist with guiding. Confidence in coordinating the timeline and formals ultimately allows you to have the time to really enjoy your wedding day. Communication and respect are intertwined in our approach.

YOU'RE MARRIED!

Following your wedding, we hand select the best images and enhance them to the style that represents Heart & Root Photography. We take over 400 images per hour of event (for a full wedding day that is over 3,000 images), just to make sure we are capturing every moment. After the event, we spend many meticulous hours sorting through, picking out, and editing details so you have the best images that represent the day! This is where our arts are truly cultivated and why you invest into our brand. There are so many components to wedding photography- it is important that our clients understand the value and time put into our work.

THE DELIVERY

Your sneak previews will be posted 48 hours of the event and your final images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the event day. Within 4-6 weeks of your wedding, we will be delivering your images via digital download in our gallery. We have a smooth process and options for purchasing prints from our store using our professional labs. We've noticed clients like this option vs. downloading the images themselves and finding a quality print lab.
