After our consultation meeting:

  • You like what you see? YAY! We will send you a couple things: 1) a contract (needs to be fulfilled within 7 days) 2) an invoice for payment (1st payment due upon signing) 3) questionnaire (this may be sent later depending how far you are in your wedding planning process!)
  • What will be, will be. Wedding Photography is a two sided process! We want to make sure we will be the best fit for your needs. Sometimes it may not be... and we understand! In the end, we ultimately want you to be happily married with beautiful photos- whether or not it is with us! <3


Leading up to your wedding:

  • It's the journey & the destination! Over the course of signing to your contract, we will schedule "check-up" times (monthly, x 3 months, etc) to talk about any new updates on your planning or vision! Meanwhile, I will be working on your customized timeline to address every and all things up to your wedding day!


Your Wedding Week!

  • Let's wrap things up! We will have another meeting to review, refine, and refresh our minds of our timeline!!! The process may be a couple days outstretched to years since we started our journey together. This helps us all be on the same page!

FAQ

What areas do you cover?

I am primarily servicing the Tampa bay region + up 40 miles from center city of Tampa. Let's talk if you have other requests! <3

What kind of gear do you use?

I have used Canon equipment comfortable for over 10 years. My gear includes 3 camera bodies, 7 lenses, and off camera lighting equipment to ensure quality work.

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Right now, I am servicing within 40 miles from Tampa, FL. I hope to do it in the future though! Outside of radius will incur a fee to account for mileage & driving time.

Do you cover small ceremonies?

OMG, YES! I absolutely love small ceremonies. It is important that you feel comfortable with your big day, and I would love to capture it for you. Please note I have a customizable package for events such as courthouse weddings.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes! We are covered and can provide certificates upon request.

Will there be a second shooter?

Second shooter can be added for extra coverage and a la carte!

What if I don't need a second shooter?

We include them in our packages for full coverage! We do offer customized packages to your needs.

We don't take photos of us often. How will we do?

You know what's crazy?! Being in love is BEAUTIFUL. The way you look at your fiancee, your mom...these MOMENTS are beautiful. I want you to live your moments and I will definitely help guide you with the rest <3

Do you do large bridal parties?

I've done bridal parties of 30 total (15 on EACH SIDE). So, yes!!! You need to know your next steps and have a plan. I got you covered!

What's required to secure my date?

$500 non-refundable retainer is due upon signing. You may not have your packages figured out yet...and that's okay! After 30 days, an additional $500 deposit is due. At that time, we should have a better idea of what type of coverage/services you may need!

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Yes! We are happy to stay as long as you need. We will have an extension contract signed prior to the event for $200/hour. If you decide to extend during the event, the fee is $350/hour.

Do I have to order prints through you?

Nope! We do offer specials in our online gallery which will ease the process for you and your friends/family to print photos. We have a specific print lab that will print photos exactly as they were delivered to you!

What's your favorite moment?

I really love the first looks with family. The love is SO powerful when you see a parent see their child getting ready to start their next chapter. Gives me chills and definitely warms my heart so much!!!

  • Digital Gallery for Sharing & Downloading within 4-6 weeks post-event.
  • Full Printing Rights
  • Optional extras: We offer a range of bonus goodies, including albums, instamax polaroids (delivered DAY OF), boxed prints, and more. Let us know which ones you love and we'll curate the rest!
