When should we start this album process?
We recommend initiating and completing the album within the year you are married! Lives get more busy the longer you are married and couples often forget or push their album creation to the side. After your gallery is sent, make it a date to look through your favorites within the first 1-4 months of marriage. Then your work is done, and we do the rest!
Will all my favorite photos be included in the album?
Sometimes, more doesn't mean better! Album creation and design is about telling the story.
How much can we be involved in the album design?
We specialize in story telling with photographs and artwork. We see the relationship of photos and subjects fitting together in harmony. While we appreciate client input, part of this process is trusting that we can procure and design the album that can tell your story. Before the creation of the album, we will have a call to discuss how the design process will be and answer any questions you may have!
Do you have sample albums to show?
Yes! We are happy to meet with you in person to review the samples. The color options provided are timeless and allow for more focus on telling your love story. Please view our videos above as well.
Will the album colors match how we see it in the gallery?
Yes! As seen in the sample galleries, we use our favorite professional labs to maintain quality and consistency. Your photos will print exactly how your images were delivered.
Can we see the layout before it gets printed?
Yes! We can schedule a zoom call and review any final details before it is submitted for printing. Your package allots 1 design revision- if you request further revisions, it will incur a processing fee. After we review the album, you have 4 days to request your revisions otherwise we will start the production!
When will we receive our product?
From start to finish, including shipping times, delays, album creation can take as little as 6 weeks up to 12 weeks. We are committed to quality and want to make sure we get it right for you!
Can we choose our images for the album?
Yes! You can choose or request that we choose the best ones for you. This can easily be done by creating a favorites list in your gallery, where we can see which images are your favorite! Up to your discretion. We do have a recommend pick number so please stay within our recommendation for artistic flow and storytelling.
